Mercedes-Benz new and demonstrator vehicles first registered on or after 1 March 2020 receive a 5 year Warranty.
If you purchased a Mercedes-Benz prior to 1 March 2020, you will have a 3 year warranty.
We can extend car warranty coverage on selected Mercedes-Benz vehicles for an additional three years.
This warranty coverage offered on your Mercedes-Benz covers against failure of the components that would have been covered by the original Mercedes-Benz warranty if it had not expired.

How it works:
Extended warranty coverage for your Mercedes-Benz is available for an additional 3 years up to 200,000kms travelled.
For example, you currently own a 2018 Mercedes-Benz A Class A200 which has travelled 60,000kms and is worth $50,900. The Mercedes-Benz manufacturer warranty would have expired in 2021.

Car hire assistance up to $300 per claim for car hire costs in the event of a covered major vehicle breakdown where you are more than 400km from your registered residence and taking more than 48 hours to repair. (Specifically excluding car hire over weekends and public holidays).
One final benefit available is that we can cover your Mercedes-Benz even if it’s manufacturer warranty has already expired. For example - a 2017 C Class warranty would have expired in 2020.
